Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your firm, and, if you choose to give them, your firm's website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your name, your address and whatever you send.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.

What we never do

We never sell your details, rent them or trade them. We share them only with the service providers that keep this website and our correspondence running, and only so they can do that job.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track how you move around it. The only outside request it makes is to load its fonts.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to tiffany.osborne@financeoutbound.co or use our contact form and we will take care of it. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.
