Data

Everything the channel learns gets written down. All of it belongs to you.

People in finance like a clean ledger. So do we. Here is what we record while we run outbound for you, where it comes from, and what happens to it when we hand over.

The ledger

Every account we consider gets an entry, including the ones we leave out.

Why a firm made the list, or why it did not. Who we chose to write to there, and why that person. What we found when we did the reading. What we sent, and what came back. Kept in plain language, so anyone on your team can pick it up.

What a single entry holds
LineEntryWhat it records
aAccountThe firm, what it does, and the reason it belongs on your list.
bPersonThe one person we chose to write to, and why their role fits the problem you solve.
cReasonThe fact we found that made a message worth sending now, with where we found it.
dMessageExactly what was sent, who reviewed it, and when it was approved.
eReplyWhat they said, how we answered, and who at your firm took it from there.
fOutcomeWhere it ended up: a conversation, a later date, a polite no, or a stop.

How we treat it

Careful going in, generous coming out.

Where it comes from

Public sources and reputable business data providers, checked by a person before anything is used. We collect what we need to write one good message and nothing more. If a detail would feel strange to the person reading it, we leave it out.

When someone says stop

A stop is the most important entry in the ledger. When anyone asks not to hear from us, they come off every list straight away and stay off. That record travels with the data at handover, so your team honors it too.

What the answers teach

Replies are data as well. A no can say something about timing, about fit, or about the way your firm describes itself. We read every answer for what it tells you about the market and write those lessons down, so each message gets better.

What you keep

At handover you receive the whole ledger in formats your team can open and use, with notes that explain it. Nothing is held back inside a tool only we can reach. If we part ways, you lose nothing you paid to learn.

Start here

Ask for your buyer map. It costs you nothing.

We take a short, careful look at how your firm meets new buyers today: which channels are running, which sit idle, and where an outbound engine would fit. You get a plain read, then a call to talk it through if you want one. No deck, no obligation.
